Update Your Spam Filter

  1. Log into the email address control panel
  2. Click on “Spam Filter”
  3. Update your options and press “OK”

Change Your Email Password

  1. Log into the email address control panel.
  2. Click on “Tools / Preferences”
  3. Update your password and press “OK”

Set Up a Vacation Message

  1. Log into the email address control panel.
  2. Click on “Autoresponders”
  3. Click on “Add New Autoresponder”
  4. Complete the form and press “Finish”
  5. You can test your autoresponder by sending yourself an email.

Set Up Your Email Program

Email Set-up
Use the following mail server information when creating a new profile / setting up a new email account in Outlook, Mac Mail, or another email program.

Account Type: IMAP

Incoming Mailserver: mail.yourdomain.com
Username: (full email address)
Password: (password)

Outgoing Mailserver: mail.yourdomain.com
Port: 587
Authentication: Yes, password
Username: (full email address or select “Same as incoming mailserver”)
Password: (password or select “Same as incoming mailserver”)

Email Signature

When using webmail you can update your email signature following these steps:

  1. Select Settings in the top right.
  2. Then click the Identities tab.
  3. Then click your email address.
  4. And then the signature field will appear.
