Domain Socket reserves the right to terminate the client’s hosting service without prior notice if the web site in question:

• Is in conflict with Canadian, US, or other laws
• Distributes spam, viruses, or corrupt data
• Is otherwise deemed unnaceptable at Domain Socket’s discretion.

Domain Socket is not liable or responsible for any claims or liabilities that arise from content distributed by the client’s web site.

Billing Policy

30 Days
Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt of invoice. Once past due the account will be suspended, including website and email, and a 2% late fee will be applied to the invoice. Please refer to the instructions in the invoice for payment methods.

60 Days
After 60 days the website account will be deleted. This is done to preserve resources and effectively manage a healthy hosting environment. A new account set up will be required after an account has been deleted.
